Our Ministries

The Path & The Road

Students in grades 5-7 (or ages 10-12), and grades 8-12 (or ages 13-17)

Sunday evenings 6:30pm-8pm | Until the heat subsides, we are meeting at Panera Bread, Bell Rd., Surprise
Programming designed for younger students. Age-appropriate discussions, studies, community service, and crafts. Drink and cookies supplied. (Dinner meetings will resume soon!)

Current Discussion/Project: Fall is traditionally a season of service at Emmaus. We craft handmade items to give away at the Phoenix Pride Parade, design and print Christmas cards to be sent to women incarcerated at Perryville Prison and plan shopping trips and wrapping parties to help supply Christmas gifts for their children. Why are we called to do these things? Who are we called to serve? Who are YOU called to serve in this moment? Come. Discuss relevant Scripture passages, ask questions, and help us reach out, as Jesus instructed, beyond our own circles of comfort.

The Road
